Pricing questions
How is NoteGate priced?
NoteGate is priced per active participant, not per worker. The monthly charge is the Tier plan charge for your participant count plus Risk & Compliance Intelligence, which is mandatory in every plan. Solo (1 to 5 participants) is $88 a month: Tier plan $59 plus Risk & Compliance Intelligence $29. Larger providers pay a Tier plan charge that rises with participants. All plans include unlimited support worker accounts and Plan Gate. Prices are AUD and include GST.
Does pricing include both NDIS and aged care?
Yes. All plans include NDIS and aged care rule sets at no additional cost. Providers supporting participants across both sectors pay a single per-participant fee regardless of which sector each participant belongs to.
What would NoteGate cost for 50 participants, or for 100?
At 50 participants (Growth) the Tier plan charge is $560 ($360 + $10 x 20) and Risk & Compliance Intelligence is $149, so the total is $709 a month incl. GST. At 100 participants (Scale) the Tier plan charge is $965 ($790 + $7 x 25) and Risk & Compliance Intelligence is $299, so the total is $1,264 a month incl. GST.
Is there a free trial?
Growth, Scale and Enterprise plans include a 14-day trial. Your card is saved but not charged until the trial ends. Solo and Starter subscribe immediately with no trial.
Are there setup fees or per-worker charges?
No. There are no setup fees, implementation costs, or per-worker charges. You pay only for active participants. Add as many support workers as your organisation needs.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. NoteGate subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is 10 months for 12 on every priced tier. It is billed as a single upfront payment, and the mandatory Risk & Compliance Intelligence charge follows the same annual rate.
How is Risk & Compliance Intelligence priced?
Risk & Compliance Intelligence is mandatory in every NoteGate plan and cannot be removed. It is a flat monthly amount by tier, charged on top of the Tier plan: Solo $29, Starter $79, Growth $149, Scale $299, Enterprise $599, Enterprise Plus $999 or more. Amounts are AUD and include GST.
