Pricing questions
How is NoteGate priced?
NoteGate is priced per active participant, not per worker. Solo providers (1–5 participants) pay $59/month flat. Larger providers pay on a tiered per-participant model - from $12/pp for Starter through to $6/pp for Enterprise. All plans include unlimited support worker accounts and Plan Gate care plan validation.
Does pricing include both NDIS and aged care?
Yes. All plans include NDIS and aged care rule sets at no additional cost. Providers supporting participants across both sectors pay a single per-participant fee regardless of which sector each participant belongs to.
Is there a free trial?
Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans include a 14-day free trial. Your card is saved but not charged until the trial ends. Solo and Starter plans subscribe immediately - they are already priced for small providers with no trial needed.
Are there setup fees or per-worker charges?
No. There are no setup fees, implementation costs, or per-worker charges. You pay only for active participants. Add as many support workers as your organisation needs.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. NoteGate subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is equivalent to paying for 10 months at your monthly rate - 2 months free. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment, and Risk & Compliance Intelligence is included at the same 2-months-free rate. Available now on Solo, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise.
How is Risk & Compliance Intelligence priced?
Risk & Compliance Intelligence is included in every NoteGate plan - it is not a separate purchase and cannot be removed. Its value by tier: Solo $29/month, Starter $79/month, Growth $149/month, Scale $299/month, Enterprise $599/month, Enterprise Plus $999+/month, billed on the same monthly or annual cycle as your plan. Includes risk register, risk signal extraction, corrective action tracking, NDIS Practice Standards evidence mapping, and on-demand audit pack generation.
